An engineer and managing director of the Uranium Conversion Facility (UCF - see separate entity record) in Esfahan; listed by the European Union on April 24, 2007, as an entity linked to Iran's proliferation-sensitive nuclear activities or Iran's development of nuclear weapon delivery systems; with some exceptions, and within their jurisdiction, European Union member states must freeze all funds and economic resources owned, held or controlled by the listed entity, and must also ensure that funds or economic resources are not made available to or for the benefit of the listed entity; with some exceptions, European Union member states must prevent the entity's entry into or transit through their territories; on August 27, 2006, recognized by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for operating the UCF project in Esfahan and for supervising the teams planning the UF6 production process; according to the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), serves on the board of directors of the Sookht Atomi Reactorhaye Iran Company (see separate entity record); reported "head of nuclear fuel for Iran's reactors."
