Leading industrial and military subsidiary of the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of the Armed Forces Logistics of Iran; listed by the German government as a risky end-user in warnings supplied to its exporters; manufactures NOOR and KOSAR antiship missiles, TOOPHAN and TOSAN 1 anti-tank missiles, SAYYAD 1, MISAHG 1 (a.k.a.
