(see separate entity record), but the procurement was denied on February 14, 2007, by a member state of the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG); a spokesperson for the Rasta Group has stated that the valves were not controlled for export, were intended for civilian use in a thermal power plant, and that the Rasta Group does not trade in controlled items. |
