| Allegedly a Singapore-based successor to Monarch Aviation Pte, Ltd., which imported and exported military and commercial aircraft components (see separate entity record); allegedly operated by Laura Wang-Woodford (see separate entity record), who pled guilty on March 13, 2009 in federal court in Brooklyn, New York to conspiring to violate the U.S. trade embargo by exporting controlled aircraft components to Iran; Wang-Woodford and her husband Brian D. Woodford (see separate entity record) were accused of falsely listing Monarch Aviation and Jungda International as ultimate recipients of controlled U.S. aircraft parts on export documents filed with the U.S. government, exporting the parts from the United States to Monarch and Jungda in Singapore and Malaysia, and then re-exporting the parts to companies in Tehran, Iran without the required U.S. government licenses. |
