In July 2010, indicted for conspiring to export defense articles on the U.S. Munitions List without a license; with the assistance of co-defendant Davoud Baniameri (see separate entity record), purchased three Marconi radio test kits and subsequently arranged for their shipment to Iran, via Dubai, without a required license; in 2009, with the assistance of Baniameri and Andro Telemi (see separate entity record), attempted to purchase 10 connector adapters for the TOW and TOW2 missile systems and arrange their shipment to Iran, via Dubai, without a required license; an Iranian citizen; remains at large and believed to be in Iran.
