Featured Iranian Entities

This page contains profiles of Iranian entities researched and written by the Wisconsin Project. These entities - persons, companies, institutes, government agencies - are thought to be contributing to Iran's nuclear, chemical, or biological weapon capabilities or to its missiles or advanced conventional weapon programs. Many of the entities have been explicitly identified by governments as contributing to these programs.

An Iranian defense firm that provides maintenance services for Iran's military helicopters and aircraft; has built, repaired, and reverse-engineered U.S.-model helicopters for Iran's military and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC); directed by the Iranian Aviation Industries Organization (IAIO).
Missile
An Iranian businessman who directs Malaysia-based Green Wave Telecommunication, Sdn Bhn and is the commercial director of Iran-based Fanavari Moj Khavar.
Missile, Military
Provides financial and material support to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury; has designed components for Iran’s missile systems; in 2011, received U.S.-origin synthesizers and analog devices from a Malaysia-based company.
