General director and deputy chairman of the board of directors of Landa Ariya Electronic Co., an Iranian electronics import and distribution company that appears on the U.S. Department of Commerce's Entity List of end users subject to heightened export license requirements.

Along with Landa Ariya Electronic Co. and fellow company officials Behnaz Moazen and Mohsen Asraftaba, suspected of involvement in the diversion of U.S.-origin unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) parts to Iran via China without the required export licenses, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce.
