An Iran-based procurement agent; according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, has assisted Saberin Kish Company in its procurement of electronic components for Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in support of the IRGC's ballistic missile and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) programs.
Facilitated the shipment of Japan- and U.S.-origin dual-use electronic components from Hong Kong to Iran in support of Saberin Kish’s procurement activities; also coordinated the purchase of U.S.-origin electronic parts for Saberin Kish using a China-based intermediary.
Worked with Lin Jinghe (Gary Lam) and his Hong Kong-based company Nanxigu Technology Co., Limited to procure dual-use circulators, amplifiers, inductors, and other electronic components from Japan, Switzerland, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury; also used the Hong Kong-based company Dali RF Technology Co., Limited to source UAV accessories and U.S.-origin aviation components.
