An Iran-based company; according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, has supplied electronic components to Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force (IRGC ASF) in support of the IRGC's ballistic missile and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) programs.

Has produced jam-resistant guidance systems for the IRGC-ASF Self Sufficiency Jihad Organization.

Products include digital communications links, global navigation systems, GPS and GLONASS positioning devices, digital compasses, range finders, and measurement devices.

Has collaborated with Arak Industrial University, Iran University of Science and Technology, and Amirkabir University of Technology; has been a member of the Iranian Aviation and Space Industries Association and the Sahafa Satellite Consortium.

Sanctions

Added on October 18, 2023, to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions; also subject to the Iranian Financial Sanctions Regulations; foreign financial institutions facilitating transactions for the entity may be prohibited from opening or maintaining correspondent or payable-through accounts in the United States; subject to heightened export license requirements (with a presumption of denial) due to involvement in activities related to WMD proliferation.

Sanctioned on May 12, 2024, by the government of Australia, restricting business and financial transactions with the entity and freezing its assets in Australia.
