A subsidiary of Pars Garma Company that specializes in the production of alloy steels.

Has reportedly been subordinate to the Iranian Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL); has reportedly been operated by the National Iranian Steel Company (NISCO).

Imports and exports machinery and provides engineering and technical services; operates units for purchasing, sales and exports, and reportedly machining and steel making; reportedly produces equipment for oil wells and power plants.

In 2006, reportedly opened Iran's first cold-roller production line with the capacity to make 500 to 700 rollers per year (used for the production of cold-rolled steel); in 1999, reportedly had an annual output estimated at 30,000 tons of steel for use in aircraft, defense applications, heavy machinery, and shipbuilding; has reportedly produced steel for the Defense Industries Organization (DIO).

Reportedly inaugurated in August 1996.
