Kaveh Cutting Tools Company is considered to be another name for the Abzar Boresh Kaveh Company by the Wisconsin Project, but has been designated separately by the U.N. Security Council (on June 9, 2010) and the European Union (on June 19, 2010).  The United States designated Kaveh Cutting Tools pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets weapons of mass destruction proliferators and their supporters, on April 7, 2009.
