An Iran-based company providing services related to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs); according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, has provided UAV-related support to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the IRGC Quds Force (IRGC-QF).

Has conducted UAV flight tests for the IRGC-QF and has provided technical assistance to IRGC-QF UAVs that were transferred to Iraq for use in IRGC-QF operations, according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury; has received assistance from Mohammad Ebrahim Zargar Tehrani with procuring UAV components from outside Iran for use by the IRGC.

Sanctions

Added on October 29, 2021, to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), blocking its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13224, which targets terrorists and those providing support to terrorists or acts of terrorism; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions; also subject to the Iranian Financial Sanctions Regulations; foreign financial institutions facilitating transactions for the entity may be prohibited from opening or maintaining correspondent or payable-through accounts in the United States.
