An Iranian businessman who directs Ajily Software Procurement Group. 

Added on July 18, 2017 to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), freezing his assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13581, which targets transnational criminal organizations that pose a significant threat to U.S. national security.

On behalf of Ajily Software Procurement Group, directs hackers, including Mohammed Reza Rezakhah, to steal specific engineering software programs, some of which are export controlled given their use in rocket design and GPS-guided weaponry, from the United States and other western countries; uses Andisheh Vesal Middle East Company and other companies to market and sell the stolen software in Iran; has sold software with missile applications to the Iranian military and government entities; has procured specialized software for Malek Ashtar University of Technology, a research institute subsidiary to the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL).
