A chemical engineering and research group that works for Iran's defense industries.

Designated by the Canadian government in July 2010 as an entity contributing to Iran's proliferation-sensitive nuclear activities or to its development of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons or their delivery systems.

Affiliated with Iran's Ministry of Defense Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL); reportedly has worked with Defense Industries Organization (DIO); reportedly has links to biological weapon-related work, according to a 2003 report by an Iranian resistance group; shares an address with the Special Industries Group (MIDSPCIG).

Produces nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare self-aid kits; produces equipment to detect biological agents in water or other fluids; is reportedly capable of producing phosphorus trichloride; conducts data envelopment analysis for offshore or marine industries.

Attended the International Defence Exhibition in Iraq (IQDEX) in March 2017 and March 2016; associated with the Iranian Association of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering; is a member of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
