Responsible for research and development of ballistic missile-related guidance and control systems, according to the U.S Department of the Treasury.

A subsidiary of Shahid Hemmat Industrial Group (SHIG), which is a subordinate of the Aerospace Industries Organization (AIO) responsible for Iran's liquid-fueled ballistic missile program.

Has conducted research on the modeling and design of a small explosive helical flux compression generator, the recrystallization process during the production of an iron-silicon soft magnetic sheet, the modeling and simulation of a central power electrohydraulic actuator for use in flying objects, and the identification and production of a separator for zinc and silver oxide batteries; equipment reportedly includes industrial ultrasonic cleaners; reportedly has electronic equipment design and safety management sections.

Has participated in training courses offered by Behsopovian Service and Technical Trading Company.

According to the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), has used company code number 6000 in communications to maintain secrecy; according to the NCRI, has been directed by an individual surnamed Forusi.

Company officials have reportedly included Qassem Rezanejadebardajee (scientific supervisor) and Saeed Sepehri (advisor).

Sanctions

Added on July 28, 2017 to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and their delivery systems; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions.

Listed by the Japanese government in 2020 as an entity of concern for proliferation relating to missiles.
