Iran hasn't responded positively to the proposals we made back in June this year. The international community has remained more united than ever. The Americans, Russians, Chinese, Europeans have decided to work together, in the coming hours, coming days to formulate measures to take with respect to Iran. These must be proportionate and obviously reversible.
However, the door of dialogue always remains open provided Iran suspends the sensitive nuclear activities, particularly uranium enrichment. Today we, Americans, Russians, Chinese and Europeans, held discussions and agreed to display a common resolve for dialogue with the Iranians and, if they don't want one, to go to the Security Council to explain to them that they have not chosen the right solution.
In any case, I remain convinced that it's possible to find a solution.
