Iran will not send out its enriched uranium but considers simultaneous fuel swap on its soil, said Foreign Minister, Manouchehr Mottaki.
"Definitely, Iran will not send its 3.5 percent enriched fuel out, it means that we think the simultaneous fuel swap is considerable inside Iran," he told ISNA.
Also Iran's experts must study how much fuel must be swapped because the West opinion in Vienna talks to give 1200 kilograms of 3.5 percent enriched fuel in order to receive 116 kilogram of 20 percent fuel for Tehran's nuclear reactor is not acceptable for Iran, he added.
Meanwhile, he referred to Vienna talks with between Iran, Russia, the US and France over supply of Tehran's reactor fuel and Tehran's response to the proposal saying, "the proposal was studied in Tehran and we notified the IAEA of our response."
The media report that the West is still waiting for Iran's response is a psychological war, he said adding, "actually, they want to tell us that we must respond in the manner that they expect."
Mottaki also pointed out to the US Secretary of State's remarks in this regard noting, "diplomacy is not the matter of all or nothing; therefore, Ms. Clinton's remarks that Iran has to accept this proposal is an undiplomatic saying."
