Speaking to domestic reporters at his fifth press conference, he said, "We will commission some 3,000 centrifuges by this year end."

"It means celebrating the recognition of the right of the Iranian nation to nuclear technology; as a matter of fact we should still continue work on complexes for fuel production so as to master the fuel cycle needed for power plants," said Ahmadinejad in a press conference when asked about his earlier announcement for big celebration until end of the (Iranian) year for Iran's nuclearization.
