Ukraine Joins U.N. Security Council Sanctions against Iran

Ukraine has joined the United Nations sanctions against Iran.

As Ukrainian Foreign Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk told journalists Wednesday, the Govt has introduced ban on export of products and service to Iran, which may be used in the military nuclear program.

In late December 2006 the Security Council of the United Nations unanimously voted for introduction of sanctions against Iran in view of its refusal to curtail program of uranium enrichment.
