There are few issues in international security policy more pressing than Iran’s efforts to develop long range ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons. To the extent that the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office has played a role in enforcing U.S. sanctions and the rule of law through the use of traditional law enforcement means, we welcome the opportunity to discuss two recent investigations.
