What I'd like to do today, in 20 minutes or so, is kind of a blitz-like run through some of the things that we are doing under the rubric of analytic transformation, which is one component of the changes in the Intelligence Community that were made both necessary and possible by the 9/11 commission, the WMD commission report and the IRTPA legislation that created us.
