Regulations Amending the Special Economic Measures (Iran) Regulations

Whereas the Governor in Council is of the opinion that gross and systematic human rights violations have been committed in the Islamic Republic of Iran;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Special Economic Measures (Iran) Regulations under subsections 4(1)a, (1.1)b, (2)c and (3) of the Special Economic Measures Actd.

Amendment

1 Part 2.1 of Schedule 1 to the Special Economic Measures (Iran) Regulations1 is amended by adding the following in numerical order:

Coming into Force
