The president issued orders to pursue the central bank's demands from South Korea through bilateral political ways, as well as legal action and through international institutions and assemblies, and also to present a non-inflationary financing plan for important oil projects.

Speaking with the Governor of the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) Dr Hemmati on Friday be telephone, Dr Hassan Rouhani criticised the blocking of CBI's resources by South Korea, which is in line with the US government's inhumane policies and their maximum pressure on the Iranian people, instructing CBI Governor to cooperate with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to pursue the matter through bilateral political ways and legal channels, as well as financial institutions and international forums.

"South Korea's ban on Iran's use of central bank resources to buy basic goods, medicine and humanitarian items is not acceptable whatsoever, and we expect the South Korean government to lift this restriction as soon as possible," he said.

In this conversation, the Governor of the Central Bank reported to the President about the positive trend of providing foreign exchange for basic goods, medicine and other essential goods and raw materials of production units.
