I . Charges and Statutory Penalties
Your client agrees to plead guilty to Count 2 of the Indictment, charging your client with willfully violating the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), in violation of Title 50, United States Code, Section 1705 and Title 31, Code of Federal Regulations, Sections 560.203 through 560.205 and 594.204 and 594.205. Your client understands that a willful violation of IEEPA carries a maximum sentence of 20 years of imprisonment; a fine of $1,000,000; a term of supervised release of 3 years, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 3583; and an obligation to pay any applicable interest or penalties on fines and restitution not timely made.
