The IAEA Secretariat has received a Note Verbale dated 3 December 2010 from the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran transmitting the text of the explanatory note by the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the IAEA on the report by the Director General to the Board of Governors on "Implementation of the NPT Safeguards Agreement and relevant provisions of Security Council resolutions in the Islamic Republic of Iran” (GOV/2010/62).
