The IAEA Secretariat has received a communication dated 26 September 2011 from the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the IAEA enclosing the statement by HE Dr Ali Akbar Salehi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, at the High-Level Meeting on Nuclear Safety and Security, which took place in New York on 22 September 2011.
