The IAEA Secretariat has received a communication dated 8 December 2011 from the Permanent Mission of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Agency enclosing an explanatory note, dated 8 December 2011, to make available to the public an Explanatory Note of general observations of the Director General’s report GOV/2011/65, dated 18 November 2011.
