Letter to Secretaries Clinton and Geithner on Representative Berman's concern over Iranian efforts to conceal the operations of its ocean-going oil tankers and cargo vessels that are operated by the santioned entity the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Line (IRISL). To mitigate these concerns Representative Berman suggests the use of Executive Order 13608 to change the government of Tuvalu's policy of aiding Iran by reflagging Iranian ships.
