(a) Commending the continued professional, independent, and impartial efforts of the IAEA Director General and the Secretariat, in implementing Iran’s Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT)-related Safeguards Agreement, INFCIRC/214, (“Safeguards Agreement”) to resolve the outstanding safeguards issues in Iran, and to undertake verification activities as required by the relevant resolutions of the Board of Governors and the United Nations Security Council (UNSC),
