A China-based technology company; according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, part of a procurement network that has conducted financial transactions and facilitated procurement for key actors in Iran's ballistic missile program, including the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL), Parchin Chemical Industries (PCI), the Aerospace Industries Organization (AIO), Iran Electronics Industries (IEI), and P.B. Sadr Co.
According to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, has facilitated the acquisition of equipment for IEI; worked with Davoud Damghani to procure accelerometers and gyroscopes, likely on behalf of Iranian defense and missile end-users.
Worked with Hong Kong Ke.Do International Trade Co. Limited and China-based Qingdao Zhongrongtong Trade Development Co. Ltd., both managed by Wei Zunyi, to procure modules with radar applications for MODAFL, according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury; Ghasem Haghighat and China-based accountant Gong Jiao facilitated this procurement.

Sanctions
Added on June 6, 2023, to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems; also subject to the Iranian Financial Sanctions Regulations; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions.
