Products include aerospace and military-related integrated circuits, field-programmable gate arrays (FPGA), complex programmable logic devices (CPLD), connectors, digital signal processors (DSP), dynamic random-access memory (DRAM) chips, GPS modules, microcontrollers, relays, sensors, and static random-access memory (SRAM) chips.

Provides electronic component procurement, distribution, and supply chain management services for electronics manufacturers; has served clients in the aerospace, automotive, communications, electronics, energy, laboratory research, medical, and shipbuilding sectors.

Agents have included Iran-based IC Kala, which appears on the U.S. Department of Commerce's Entity List.

Has operated a warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

Reportedly established in 2008; incorporated in Hong Kong in 2013; registered in mainland China in 2018; dormant in Hong Kong as of September 2024.

Added on October 23, 2024 to the U.S. Department of Commerce's Entity List of end users subject to heightened export license requirements (with a presumption of denial) due to involvement in proliferation activities or other activities of national security concern.

Listed by the Japanese government in 2025 as an entity of concern for proliferation relating to missiles.
