Reportedly owned and operated by Joseph Balakrishna Menon, who reportedly received from Daniel Malloy, president of International Helicopter Inc. of New Jersey, spare parts for Pratt and Whitney TF30 jet engines and for F-5 and F-14 fighter aircraft, and 100 batteries for Hawk surface-to-air missiles; the spare parts and batteries were then reportedly shipped by Menon to Iran from January 1996 to September 1997; Malloy pled guilty in March 1999.
