A China-based supplier of high-temperature fabrics and textiles; according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, sought to supply carbon fiber to Pishgam Electronic Safeh Company (PESC), a company that has procured unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) components for Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force Self-Sufficiency Jihad Organization (IRGC ASF SSJO).
Supplied or attempted to supply PESC with millions of dollars' worth of carbon fiber, honeycomb fabric, and other raw aerospace‑grade materials ultimately intended for the IRGC ASF SSJO, according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury; the materials supplied have applications in Iran's ballistic missile program and Shahed-series drones.
In January 2026, illegally exported graphite plates, an item classified as dual-use and controlled for export by China, that it mislabeled as gasket plates, resulting in an RMB 50,000 fine from the General Administration of Customs China.
Products include fabrics, films, insulation, and prepreg; claims products are used for thermal insultation, welding protection, firefighting, and sealing.
