According to an indictment against Li filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on April 28, 2014, Sinotech was used in shipments to an Iranian procurement agent on behalf of Li; in January 2013, was allegedly named in an invoice from a company located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the purchase of graphite electrodes worth $1,145,000.
Products include graphite electrodes, graphite rods, graphite powder, and graphite blocks; reportedly established in 2006.
Sanctions
