Facilitated the purchase of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of aluminum products from China for Iran Centrifuge Technology Company (TESA), which produces centrifuges for Iran's uranium enrichment program.

Coordinated with Iran-based Bakhtar Raad Sepahan; managing director of TAWU Mechanical Engineering and Trading Company (TAWU BVBA), Bakhtar Raad Sepahan’s Belgian branch; established Sanming Sino-Euro Import and Export Co., Ltd in China to facilitate the purchase of Chinese aluminum products and their shipment to Iran; coordinated with Henan Jiayuan Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd for the supply of more than half a million dollars worth of aluminum products to TAWU BVBA, including Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG)-controlled items; fulfilled procurement contracts for TESA.

Added on July 18, 2019, to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), freezing the person's assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the person or otherwise assisting the person are subject to U.S. sanctions; also subject to the Iranian Financial Sanctions Regulations; foreign financial institutions facilitating transactions for the person may be prohibited from opening or maintaining correspondent or payable-through accounts in the United States.
