Added to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on October 13, 2017, freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and their delivery systems; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions.

Since 2014, has supplied navigation-related gyrocompasses and specialized sensors to Iran's Shiraz Electronics Industries (SEI); took steps to obfuscate the nature of the transactions to avoid detection, according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury; between December 2016 to August 2017, exported $1.1 million worth of goods to Iran.
