Has supplied carbon fiber and other goods to U.N.-designated entities Shahid Bagheri Industrial Group (SBIG) and Shahid Hemat Industrial Group (SHIG), according to the European Union; listed by the European Union on December 1, 2011 as a person linked to Iran's proliferation-sensitive nuclear activities or Iran's development of nuclear weapon delivery systems; with some exceptions, European Union member states must freeze all funds and economic resources owned, held or controlled by the listed person, and prevent funds or economic resources from being made available to him; sanctioned by the governments of Norway and Switzerland, restricting business and financial transactions with the person and/or freezing his assets in those countries; an Iranian national.
