Owned or controlled by Hamed Dehghan; purchased export-controlled military end-use equipment from U.S. suppliers for entities involved in Iranian proliferation activities; Iran-based Shafagh Senobar Yazd Company Limited served as a consignee for the procurement network; the following companies and persons were also involved in the network: Ebtekar Sanat Ilya, Pishtazan Kavosh Gostar Boshra (PKGB), Shaghayegh Akhaei, Hadi Dehghan, and Mahdi Ebrahimzadeh.
