Supported a procurement network that facilitated tens of millions of dollars in proliferation-related transactions involving U.S. technology and electronic components for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and Iran's missile program.

Since 2017, worked with Hamed Dehghan to facilitate these transactions through a network of intermediary companies, including Green Industries (Hong Kong) Limited; supported the procurement of U.S.-origin, military-grade electronic components worth more than one million dollars for Rastafann Ertebat Engineering Company through Hamed Dehghan's company Ebtekar Sanat Ilya LLC; has multiple additional Iranian military clients.
