Sold electronic components to Hoda Trading; according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, has received sales opportunities through Mohammad Soltanmohammadi, Mohammad Banihashemi, and Shih Mei Sun; in 2011 and 2012, allegedly purchased a power amplifier and source amplifier from a U.S. company and transshipped them to an Iranian buyer via Taiwan and Hong Kong; from 2016 to 2018, allegedly purchased and renewed cybersecurity software licenses from a U.S. company on behalf of an Iranian buyer using personnel and an address affiliated with Soltech Industry Co., Ltd.

Sanctions
Added on November 10, 2020 to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), blocking the entity's assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions; also subject to the Iranian Financial Sanctions Regulations; foreign financial institutions facilitating transactions for the entity may be prohibited from opening or maintaining correspondent or payable-through accounts in the United States.
Listed by the Japanese government in 2021 as an entity of concern for proliferation relating to missiles.
