Site belonging to the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) and part of the Karaj Agricultural and Medical Centre; first visited by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) on August 12, 2003; said to be involved primarily with agricultural studies unrelated to nuclear activities; according to the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), contains a laboratory that functions as a sub-station for the Natanz nuclear enrichment facility which, according to NCRI, could be used as a substitute for Natanz in case of an emergency; according to NCRI, protected by armed guards and under strict security; according to NCRI, operates under the cover of the Noor-Afza-Gostar Company, which is one of the largest companies run by AEOI; located 40 km northwest of Tehran.
