Supplies components to the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) and aerospace programs of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Has produced technical components for the IRGC's UAVs, software for its aerospace program, and reportedly weapon sights for IRGC rifles; has also produced equipment used by the IRGC to censor social media and telecommunications content in Iran; has entered into defense contracts with the IRGC's Qods Aviation Industries (QAI).
Part of the Rayan Group, which is based in Beijing; designs and manufactures surveillance, communication, and security systems for industrial and military applications, as well as electronic components and industrial automation systems; has produced electro-optical gyro-stabilized platforms for UAVs and light aircraft, and data transmission systems for UAVs and surveillance systems; additional products include ARIO thermal imaging cameras, laser range finders, night vision systems, spectrometers, and programmable logic controller (PLC) units; products reportedly include missile seekers and remote weapon systems.

Added to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on July 18, 2017, freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and their delivery systems; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions.
Listed by the Japanese government in 2017 as an entity of concern for proliferation relating to missiles.
