Procures carbon fiber for Iran's Shahid Hemmat Industrial Group (SHIG) and composite materials for Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industries (HESA).

Products include release agents, PVC foam, infusion accessories, epoxy-based adhesives, epoxy resins, and glass fabric; produces polymer molds and parts;  supplies carbon fiber and composite products for use in the defense, aerospace, automotive, and chemical fields.

Held contracts to procure composite materials for HESA as of late 2012; other customers have included Sairan (Iran Electronics Industries); has had contracts with Iran Khodroo (SAPKO), Tam Iran Khodroo (Tam Iran Khadro), Railways of the Islamic Republic of Iran (RAJA), and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy.

Company officials include Marzieh Bozorg and Ali Gholami; reportedly formerly known as Fajr Workshop.

Sanctions

Added to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on August 29, 2014, freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and their delivery systems; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions.

Ssanctioned by the governments of Australia and Canada, restricting business and financial transactions with the entity and/or freezing its assets in those countries.

Llisted by the Japanese government in 2017 as an entity of concern for proliferation relating to missiles.
