An Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps leader said that Iran has built and is operating missile-manufacturing plants in Syria.  The claim was made by IRGC Aerospace Commander Haji Zadeh, who said that Iran's Supreme Leader had ordered military forces to undertake the work.
