A China-based company claiming to specialize in the manufacture of chains and chain-making machines; has facilitated the sale and shipment of millions of dollars worth of aerospace components to Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industries (HESA), according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

According to the U.S. Department of the Treasury, facilitated the sale and shipment of light aircraft engines applicable for Shahed-series unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to HESA in Iran; used Hong Kong-based front company Raven International Trade Limited to obscure its activity.

Products include industrial machinery for manufacturing chains, awnings, winches, lever hoists, parts made from stamped sheet metal, and other mechanical parts; operates laser and machine tool equipment; sells products under the brand name Koto.

Established in 2008.

Sanctions

Added on March 9, 2023, to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems; also subject to the Iranian Financial Sanctions Regulations; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions.
