A Hong Kong-based front company for Hangzhou Fuyang Koto Machinery Co., Ltd, which facilitated the sale of light aircraft engines applicable for Shahed-series unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industries (HESA); has been used to facilitate the sale and shipment of millions of dollars worth of aerospace components to HESA in Iran, according to the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Incorporated in Hong Kong in 2022.

Sanctions

Added on March 9, 2023, to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list maintained by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), freezing its assets under U.S. jurisdiction and prohibiting transactions with U.S. parties, pursuant to Executive Order 13382, which targets proliferators of weapons of mass destruction and their delivery systems; also subject to the Iranian Financial Sanctions Regulations; foreign parties facilitating transactions for the entity or otherwise assisting the entity are subject to U.S. sanctions.
